Colin was a much respected former President of the Isle of Wight Branch of the MS Society.
His efforts to improve the lives of people with Multiple Sclerosis here on the island (whilst battling the condition himself), helped underpin the development of the Group we are today, and I hope he would be proud of how we have progressed.
There were rumours however, that Colin's mobility scooter control left a little to be desired - once he managed to drive into, rather than through, the front door of the MS shop in Shanklin - fortunately it seemed the door came off worst and Colin, and scooter were relatively undamaged.
RIP Colin, and thank you on behalf of everyone with MS that you helped over the years.
